The Challenge:  Sometimes the hardest change is from within. WebMechanix as a brand had been growing but saying the same things and using the same visuals from its beginnings as a small agency, but it had long outgrown that story. There were numerous opinions on what it should or should not be, but we convince the leadership of the necessity for change.

The Solution:  Rather than listening to any single voice, we treated ourselves like a client, did extensive interviews, and followed the processes we'd adopted for other rebrands. We spent many months ensuring the research was sound and ensuring we presented WebMechanix as the serious agency that it had become. In short, it received immensely positive feedback, impacted all other internal marketing, and won awards.
