The Challenge: This leading regional bank from the Northeast sought to improve its web presence and drive conversion. Their goal was to have their site reflect their business's core principles: putting people first, acting with responsibility, respect, ethical behavior, citizenship, and teamwork.
The Solution: We addressed the core issues starting with SEO, UX, and Web Design. We focused on product pages to test the effectiveness of new information architecture and page redesigns. The team created flexible wireframe templates for product line and product detail pages which were ultimately used across 60 total pages. Finally, we provided content strategy, mock-ups, and a UI kit for Webster's development team to utilize.
