The Challenge:  Met Life had a very well-established brand and name. However, their social presence was underperforming. We needed to rapidly establish a foothold in several markets across several products and do it using tactics no one had yet tried at the time.

The Solution:  I introduced a new methodology for testing and for getting rapid approvals from a very strict legal department. Pairing this with Facebook's emerging audience targeting and testing, we could produce hundreds of ads in a very short time and quickly determine winners. We used our Facebook testing results to inform further digital work and sharpened results in a very direct way. Additionally, we launched mobile campaigns that were directly targeted and even had a Twitter ad that allowed users to submit a quote without leaving the platform. 
We knew that it was a massive success when Cheryl Sandberg called our agency out by name in a third-quarter financial report and we were added as a Facebook Case Study business success.
