The Challenge:  Merkle, due to non-competes, was only allowed to have a single relationship with certain clients. One of these was a credit card company that left and we were tasked with a specified list of company CEOs. Our budget per piece was relatively small, but management wanted us to still create something that felt valuable.

The Solution:  Using the metaphor of a sports agent, we created these "Free Agent" kits, centered around baseball. There was a ballpark-like program that laid out the strengths of the agency, baseball cards with the individual agency team members, and a microsite with clear CTAs to drive the leads. All of the physical pieces were contained in a personalized leather box, and mailed to the individual C-suite members.
