The Challenge: It's no small feat to get consumers to download an app and then use it on a regular basis. Amazon's Photo team looked to us to find ways to do just that with their free photo app. We also had to do it in an affordable and sustainable way in a crowded market of free photo storage options.

The Solution:  We found multiple ways to express the brand; different color palettes, subtle animations, UGC content, multiple languages, and formats using emotional imagery combined with very straightforward, direct copy. We also aggressively tested those different formats and styles to achieve the best results. Through this, we delivered not just once, but actively for at least three years running in a very competitive market. I'm immensely proud of how we sold, worked through, and creatively sustained this business with our Amazon partners and internal marketing peers.
